We are on the " Francigena"road (road to France), also named" via dei sapori" (road of the flavours) in Italy. In Gambolo', in the heart of pianura padana ,you will find our charming hotel and restaurant , where  the homemade cooking will delight your sense of taste. We offer you a wide range of refined and  traditional dishes of the region "Lomellina"(e.g."Risotto", local dishes with Borlotto-special bean , “funghi porcini” (cèpe) and the noble white truffle).
