Its aroma explosion is particularly impressive when served with our simple Tagliolini with butter or Risotto alla Parmigiana, which highlights the different flavor facets of the truffle. Being a seasonal ingredient we offer the white truffle during the period of its maximum ripeness (September – December). In winter (January – September), we serve the precious black
Norcia truffle and in the summer the black summer truffle.
