Dishes that recall the smells and history of this area, famous for its rice fields and agricultural lands, such as “cassoeulA” and “risotto with borlotti beans and sausage”. In addition to typical Milanese dishes such as “osso buco” and our famous “Ris Giald”, as they say in the local dialect. Our kitchen mainly uses local products, taking also into account the VICINITY TO THE SEA AND the mountains. The simplicity of this traditional cuisine is a perfect complement to our most precious ingredients such as the black and white truffle.

What can we prepare for you? Do you prefer AN APPETIZER or a MAIN COURSE? The menu is usually explained to the customers, giving the opportunity to choose the dish that tickles the tastebuds the most.
